Not so long ago I made a journey to an anonymous looking industrial estate in north east London to shoot Jakko at King Crimson’s rehearsal space. It turns out that one of the senior guys at Elstree Studios is a big King Crimson fan and offered them a large sound stage to use – the same stage used in recordings for James Bond, Lord of the Rings and countless other blockbusters. Incredible space, enormous but eerily quiet.
They also had a spot marked out for Mr Lucas…
