The man Burke Shelley has lived. <\/em>Burke’s band Budgie are often cited as having a strong influence on the new wave of British heavy metal (and, by extension on to acts like Metallica in years to come). Their sound was certainly progressive at the time, heavier and faster than their contemporaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
