Bristol, spiritual home of Banksy, is considered by many to be the centre of urban art in the UK. The culmination of See No Evil saw the street closed to traffic, astro turf laid, and a contemporary street party thrown as an opening and celebration of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
