Last (last) year I photographed the Bristol edition of Helvetic Airways<\/a>\u00a0in-flight magazine, featuring author Jules Hardy. This (last) year the feature was changed slightly and the reader is now given a tour of the city by the photographer (me). I shot the feature at the end of 2013 and the magazine has now been published. As part of my short tour I picked The Ethicurean<\/a>\u00a0as a place to visit and eat – helpfully they’re a short drive from Bristol’s airport so were perfect for the feature. The magazine can be seen here<\/a>\u00a0or read on their Bristol to Zurich flights<\/a>.<\/p>\n
