Future Music have a feature this month on Ultravox and their recording process for the new album. We photographed Midge Ure and Billy Currie in Midge’s home studio. Quite rare to spend a whole afternoon like that in their company, sat on his sofa, drinking his tea. This portrait wasn’t used but it was one of my favourites from the shoot. Natural light winning all over this one.
