Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is greeted at the Commonwealth Secretariat‘s head quarters in Marlborough House, London, by Secretariat General Kamalesh Sharma for his last Commonwealth Day on the 14th March 2016. Secretariat General Sharma will end his tenure on the 30th March 2016, with Baroness Scotland assuming the role as the Chief Executive of the Commonwealth.
